As we celebrate Earth Day, a quick look at some seriously troubling indications of how dire the planet's situation is, from just the past few days alone:
"Once in a Decade" storm batters New South Wales and Sydney in Australia, leaving at least three dead. [I believe "Once in a Year" storm will be an upcoming meteorological phrase.]:

Another mysterious crater has formed in the Yamal Peninsula of Siberia, an area known to the locals as the "End of the World". Last year, scientists convened in the region after the enormous craters were spotted, many of them forming in a matter of days! Experts are still unsure of the cause, but many believe the craters are forming due to the release of methane gas being emitted from the melting permafrost, brought about by Earth changes. The latest crater formed close to a village, which has many residents concerned.
A North Carolina man, unaccustomed to tornadoes, comes face-to-face with a dangerous E4 twister while driving in Illinois during a recent outbreak of storms. The size, frequency and strength of these storms, as well as the region in which they occur globally, has been increasing over the past decade.
Hundreds of millions of jellyfish-like creatures called velella velella continue to wash up dead along beaches in the West Coast of the United States, creating a smelly, disgusting nuisance. The creatures have been flourishing recently, which many scientists attribute to oceans becoming warmer due to Earth changes.
Massive wildfires erupt across Siberia (a corner of the globe experiencing more than its fair share of Earth Changes!), killing dozens of people and leveling entire villages. Warmer than normal temperatures combined with windy conditions fanned the dangerous fires. Russia has been experiencing severe fire seasons for the past several years.
Mexico's Colima volcano experienced another explosive eruption, which was caught on film. Increased activity at the volcano site has put the region on edge in recent months. All records for volcanic eruptions during a calendar year have been broken each year for the past three years, and this year looks to see another troubling increase in volcanic activity as well. Scientists with the European Science Foundation issued a report this past week warning that the eruption of a super-volcanic system somewhere on the planet could take place within the next several decades, an event that would directly impact every living human being on the planet in a negative way.
An "apocalyptic" dust storm was videoed as it descended on Belarus, turning day into night and panicking local citizens, unaccustomed to such an event. An ever-increasing list of dust and sand storms have been documented sweeping across the planet in the last several months, worrying scientists.
The US Department of Energy releases a troubling official report, warning American citizens that "Modern Life as We Know It" is in great peril, as the electric grid and other critical infrastructure for the nation is at risk of being disrupted from terrorist threats, solar storms as well as future disasters created by "climate change":
This by no means is a complete list of the troubling Earth changes currently being observed on every corner of the globe.
